I am a licensed clinical social worker helping people find their way through life's challenges. I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role as your therapist is to support you in exploring your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe and judgment-free space.
I believe that creativity, humor, and other forms of expressions can be deeply impactful in therapy and in healing. I enjoy working with people who this may be their first experience with therapy, and want to figure out how to express these big feelings you have in an authentic way, whatever that may be! I enjoy helping people identify, process and express feelings in healthy ways that make sense in your world. I have a special place in my heart for those who have or may think they have ADHD, or other neurodivergence. I utilize person centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and am influenced by motivational interviewing.
I work with individuals 16+. My areas of practice are ADHD, anxiety, depression, body image, life stressors/ transitions, LGBTQIA population, relationship concerns (outside of couples counseling), stress management, grief/loss, and burnout/job related issues.
