Golden Vibes Counseling Center is a collaborative, inclusive private practice dedicated to providing high-quality, culturally responsive mental health care. We are currently seeking licensed mental health therapists in Wisconsin and Florida to join our growing team.
We are hiring
- Licensed Psychologists (PsyD, PhD)
- Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)
- Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) State of Fl (LMHC)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT)
Therapists in this role provide individual and couples therapy within a holistic, trauma-informed framework. Experience working with children and families is a strong plus, though not required. While we value clinicians who bring a specialty area, a specialty is not required to apply.
The ideal candidate has experience in a private practice or therapy-based setting, feels confident managing their own caseload, and values collaboration within a supportive clinical team. We are looking for clinicians who are motivated, reliable, and deeply committed to providing thoughtful, high-quality care.

This is not a 1099 contract position. All clinicians are hired as W-2 employees and are compensated at a competitive hourly rate, based on experience and productivity. We offer flexible scheduling and are currently seeking a full-time therapist.

In-Training Therapist Opportunities
Please note: We do not offer internship or practicum placements at this time.
However, we do have a limited number of positions available for post-graduate, in-training therapists who hold a training license and are working toward full licensure. This role allows clinicians to earn required clinical hours in a supportive, real-world clinical setting. We can only consider “in training” therapists if they have had their training license for at least one year. People who do not meet the minimum requirement will not be considered.
Our expectation is that once required clinical hours are completed, the trainee will remain with Golden Vibes for an additional two years. We are deeply invested in our clinicians and value mutual commitment. Many trainees appreciate the stability of knowing they have a long-term position secured at the end of their training.
