Meet Jenny
Trauma blocks love, connection, and creativity; and in turn, love has the power to transcend trauma, heal us, and reconnect us to our Self, our soul, our source, and to each other.”
– Frank Anderson, MD
Thank you for taking the time to invest in your mental health and well-being. I would be honored to be a resource in your healing journey.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I especially enjoy working with clients with complex PTSD, attachment and developmental trauma, and neurodivergent individuals. I am passionate about supporting the LGBTQIA+ population, as well as poly and non-monogamous individuals.
The nature of my practice is client-centered and eclectic, meaning treatment for every individual is unique and fostered by the therapeutic relationship. I prioritize holding a safe space where you feel supported in your healing journey while empowering you to live your best life outside of our sessions. My hope is that through our work together, you will build self-awareness, self-compassion, confidence, and learn healthy strategies to cope with the painful experiences life can bring.
Some of my specialities, include Brainspotting, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and EMDR. I also frequently draw from modalities such as Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory, Play Therapy, and other somatic- and attachment-based approaches. I am especially interested in and experienced with PTSD, complex PTSD, narcissistic abuse recovery, attachment issues, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, and complicated grief.
Outside of being a therapist, I love dance, making art, hiking, reading, and spending time with my loved ones.
